Our quality educators partner with our families to provide an exceptional experience. We are fully vested in your child’s future. All staff members are required to have First Aid, CPR, and AED training. All staff members are fingerprinted and checked for child abuse through the Tennessee Child Abuse Registry. Teachers must have 18 hours of continued education every year. All staff is well trained, coached, and evaluated to ensure they are adhering to the TN Childcare Licensure Rules and Regulations and using Early Childhood Education best practices. Our educators work hard to provide a nurturing environment for all of our families.

    Archer Academy teachers are responsible for the direction and overall supervision of children. Our teachers plan and implement curriculum, observe and assess children’s development, and provide a safe and loving environment for children to thrive in. 

  • Teaching Assistant

    Teacher Assistants work cooperatively with the classroom teacher to discuss and aide in the implementation of daily plans in accordance with the curriculum. 

  • Program Support Specialist

    Program Support Specialists play a versitle role at Archer Academy. They work alongside the Leadership Team and educators to maintain a safe school environment. Program Support assists in the organizational needs for the center and has the opportunity to work in every part of the schools campus. This is a great job position for someone looking for career growth in Early Childhood Education.
